Not only, does weblog ITS Tactical give you step by step instructions on how to do it, they have an instructional video as well. You don't even have to know the combination to one of them. How snazzy is that? All you need to do is finish drinking your beer out of an aluminum can, grab a pair of scissors, a few locks and you can practice.
No, really. That's all you need. An aluminum can, and you'll be able to break some name brand padlocks in no time.

Imminent Threat Solutions? "Sigh" Why do I feel like this is a Teabagger run web video page? Okay, so they state that they have no or wish not to express one belief or the other, except to be prepared and.....tactical, but I still don't feel at ease at all. The numerous other "how to make a firearm" videos on their YouTube page aren't helping either. Just saying.
