Are People Really This Stupid? Issue No. 38 - Mother Tosses, Flips and Tortures Baby

I don't know how old this video is.  But supposedly the FBI and others are looking for this Mother.

 Quite honestly, this is one of the most disturbing videos I have ever seen.  And yes, unfortunately there are stupid people in the world.  But this goes beyond that...  I don't know...  is there anything worse than being stupid?  

Look, I'm not one for violence.  Really, I'm not.  BUT CAN SOMEONE KILL THIS BITCH!

 Arrrrrghhhh!!  I am sharing and posting this video online so that if anyone knows or sees this person can report her right away.
