“If you can’t love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?” - RuPaul - - - - - - - - - - - “if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal.” - John F. Kennedy - - - - - - - - - - - - “Imagine finding someone you love more than anything in the world, who you would risk your life for but couldn’t marry. And you couldn’t have that special day the way your friends do – you know, wear the ring on your finger and have it mean the same thing as everybody else. Just put yourself in that person’s shoes. It makes me feel sick to my stomach …. When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, ‘ALL LOVE is equal,’ a lot of people mocked me – they said, ‘What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!’ And I said, ‘Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. At one point I had to say, ‘Dude, everyone lay off.’ Can’t people have friendly debates about sensitive topics without it turning into unnecessary threats?” - Pop star Miley Cyrus on her marriage equality tattoo - - - - - - - - - - -

Movies to Watch: Mother's Day

She is most notable for her performance in one of the most suspenseful movies of all time, "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle," but it is the 80's classic with Tom Cruise (Risky Business), that introduced us to actress known as Rebecca De Mornay.  And the Evil that possesses her is beyond compare.   I can tell you right now if this bitch were to walk into my office today, I'd be answering her, "yes ma'am, no ma'am, yes ma'am."  This woman terrifies me, and rightly so, hence the reason she was cast in a new movie out in theatres April 1st.  IMDB (Internet Movie Database) describes Mother’s Day as a psychological horror thriller about “the sadistic members of a villainous family who return to their childhood home to terrorize the new home owners and their guests.”

"In the thriller arriving in theaters April 1, three brothers on the run from the law head for home, only to discover that their mother lost the house in a foreclosure. Mother ingeniously orchestrates her sons' escape, teaching the house's new owners and their guests a few lessons along the way." Written by Bloody Disgusting.com

Lord knows that if bloodydisgusting.com is anywhere near a movie that it's gonna be.....not very pretty at all. I always believed that true fear does not come from fiction, but from something that could easily happen, in real life, at a moment's notice. A movie like this just goes to show you how much of an illusion it is that we're completely safe in our own homes. We don't have firearms, though getting one might not be such a bad idea, but our collection of knives, swords and killer chihuahuas does give me confidence when we sleep at night. Lastly, that is one terrifying bitch.
