Look, I know for some of you it's hard to come up with the right words to say on Valentine's Day. That's okay, it's not for everybody, but here's a sure fire way to accomplish what you need to do.
Go to a dollar store and buy two Valentine's Day cards. Buy one with a sweet and loving statement, and the other with a generic statement on it - like Happy Valentine's Day or something. Take this card, and transcribe the words from the "sweet and loving" card underneath the generic statement. Ta-da!! You got words your sweetheart will remember forever! LOL. Oh, and don't forget to write, "Bianca," "Bradley," or whatever your partner's name is - above the generic statement.
Here - I'll let the video explain it for you, because it's absolutely hilarious!
When I first saw this video a few months ago, I cried because I understand the love and compassion these two boys feel for each other. I know, because I've been with Ryan for almost 8 years and our love continues to grow with each passing day. But I couldn't find the time to translate the words into English for you guys, and also my blogging days were in remission.
But today, on Valentine's Day no less; I have found the same video with the words annotated in English. The boys speak beautifully in Spanish, so maybe that's why it makes it so emotional for me, I don't know. But the overall message is pretty clear - These two boys love each other.
The video is titled "I Love You" (Yo Te Amo) - It deserves a look.
Poor Dubya, can somebody please help him? I mean, I guess after being President 8 years and having delegated everything to Karl Rove, art is his only escape. I mean George W, The Artist isn't so bad - I'm just curious about his state of mind.
Mind you, I have a few other things I wish to say, but I'll keep those to myself - out of respect for some of my dear friends. :-) Get a perspective from Greg Allen after the jump...
So yeah, I think I'm ready to watch Romeo and Juliet. The upcoming movie stars Douglas Booth as the ever so gorgeous Romeo and Hailee Steinfeld, the very beautiful Juliet.
I happen to agree with James St. James, he is the dreamiest Romeo since Leonardo Di Caprio, played alongside Claire Danes in the 1996 film rendition of the same story.
The new movie, is going to be pretty darn cool. Ryan and I can't wait to see it. Here's the synopsis...
In the 16th Century, young writer William Shakespeare is grappling with
the story of his latest play, Romeo and Juliet. William's vivid
imagination hurls him forward in time to Oxford in the 21st Century,
where the feud in his play now rages for real - between two rival
business families, the Montanas and the Carringtons. William, all at sea
in the 21st Century, soon finds himself caught up in his own story...
I don't know which is funnier, the fact that there's a recipe for making ice on the internet or the person who left a comment, vowing to never make the recipe again!
BECAUSE IT DIDN'T TELL THEM HOW LONG TO LEAVE THE ICE TRAYS IN THE FREEZER!
OMG, this is freaking hilarious!!! Bill Tull from Conan O'Brien's show has several budget tips for you this Valentine's Day. For example, "Take a bottle of Sprite, put a cork in it, Boom, Champagne."
