It makes me feel sick to my stomach …. When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, ‘ALL LOVE is equal,’ a lot of people mocked me – they said, ‘What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!’ And I said, ‘Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. Laugh of the Day: I Gave My Wife or Girlfriend a Terrible Valentine's Day Gift

Okay, this is absolutely hilarious.  If this doesn't make your day, then I don't know what else will. LMAO.  Seriously. This will probably have you rolling on the floor laughing.

Remember when Jimmy Kimmel offered his viewers a challenge during Halloween?  He asked them to tape their children as they told them mom and dad ate all their candy.  The result?  A lot of devastated little faces.  But it didn't end there...  Over Christmas he once again offered a similar challenge, hence the title, "I Gave My Kids A Terrible Present" and "I Gave My Kids A Terrible Present: Part II."  And these were also quite hilarious.  But here's the real kicker... remember when he offered a challenge to his viewers to have someone unplug the TV during the 2012 Superbowl?  Yeah, there were a lot of pissed off dads or bros.

Well, it's a new year and it's time to treat the wife or girlfriend to a sweet Valentine's Day Gift.  LOL.  Not so much. Check out Jimmy's recent challenge to his viewers.

Laugh of the Day: How to Write the Perfect Valentine

Look, I know for some of you it's hard to come up with the right words to say on Valentine's Day.  That's okay, it's not for everybody, but here's a sure fire way to accomplish what you need to do.
Go to a dollar store and buy two Valentine's Day cards.  Buy one with a sweet and loving statement, and the other with a generic statement on it - like Happy Valentine's Day or something.  Take this card, and transcribe the words from the "sweet and loving" card underneath the generic statement.  Ta-da!! You got words your sweetheart will remember forever! LOL.  Oh, and don't forget to write, "Bianca," "Bradley," or whatever your partner's name is - above the generic statement.

Here - I'll let the video explain it for you, because it's absolutely hilarious!

Quoted: Ryan Joseph Lopez (My Partner for Life)

Prologue:  Back in the winter of January, 2010, my partner Ryan wrote a response on one of my blogs that I don't even think he remembers.  Unbeknownst to him, I saved it and have treasured it ever since.  Since today is Valentine's Day, I'd like to share it with the readers of my blog, and to all my Facebook friends and family.  I love you all, and hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day.

Ryan - May 2005 - When We Met
"When you love someone you take a big chance at being hurt intentionally or unintentionally, that is the risk you take when you play in the game of emotions. Is the gamble worth it? In my opinion, yes. You see, I trust my heart, body and even soul for one person to have, hold, cherish, comfort and even destroy if he wanted to, and I have that same power over him. It is a risk that we both choose to take because we believe in the end that this gamble will ultimately pay off it's rewards: Having someone to hold you, love you, comfort you, laugh and cry with you, stand up for you, be there for you, defend you, protect you, and be their better half when they need it most. I'm so lucky to have found that person and I trust that he will honor my love and never tarnish it or damage it, that he will treat it right and never do me wrong. I have faith in my man and that is what ultimately allows me to fully love him to my hearts content. Thank you for that and more, but what I also want to tell you is this: As I believe in you, believe in me, and that I will always protect your love, cherish it as the greatest gift that I have ever had the chance to hold and call my own, and never damage or harm it with in any way, shape, or form. I love you Peter Flores, and this love I will treat right, like you deserve to be treated, and never hurt you in any way. This I promise and intend to keep, and I thank you for doing the very same. I love you bunches my love. When I say this I also mean that I trust you and that my emotions are yours to do with as you please. It's the greatest gift I can bestow on anyone cause it ultimately puts me at the highest emotional risk. But you cannot live life without taking risks or else in the end there is no life to live. I want to live my life, but more importantly, I want to live my life by your side at every moment possible, hand in hand, arm in arm, with emotions all at risk. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I love you bunches my angel. Thank you for trusting in me enough to love me and ultimately risk your most precious emotions too. I love you with all my heart, body and soul. I can never thank you enough for being the greatest man that I have ever known. My gamble pays off every night I hold you in my arms and kiss you goodnight and realize that I'm the luckiest person in the world to have finally found their soul mate. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so very much. Enjoy your day my love. Goodbye."
~ Ryan Joseph Lopez (my partner for life)

Must Watch: Happy Valentine's Day Rube

Nearly a month ago I showed you a video from Joseph Herscher who put together A Real Page Turner.  He set up a Rube Goldberg to turn a page of newspaper for him.  It was pretty darn impressive.

Well, since it's Valentine's Day in two more days, why don't we have a Date Night Rube?
Courtesty of 2D House, this Rube took them several days to complete, but I'm more than sure it was fun and challenging to say the least.

Watch as a styrofoam ball falls onto a piece of wood, knocking it off and starting a chain reaction that will have a toy Spiderman twirling around a stick, kicking a golf ball that leads to the eventual pouring of wine through a funnel which ends up into two wine glasses.  But it doesn't stop there.... the Rube continues, turning some music on, some lights, and so forth... check out this excellent video to see what happens next.

I Love My Best Friend For All That He Is, I Wouldn't Change A Thing...

In the nearly six years Ryan and I have been together, not one day has gone by where I've never said, "I Love You."  And if we had a disagreement or a difference of a opinion, we got over it rather quickly.  Arguments and/or fights are too far in between that we simply forget about them.  We have better things to do with our lives than to sit around bickering all day.

Quite honestly, we became "Best Friends," because that's how every relationship should be.  I believe wholeheartedly that if you cannot become best friends with your partner, your relationship will never work.  Friends you've made over the years through childhood, high school and/or college that you consider best friends, are there for you, love you and will support you as much as humanly possible; But in the end, the one you gave your heart to, should be your truest friend.

When you fall in love, and your partner becomes your "Best Friend," he or she should mean more to you than all your other friends combined.  If you truly love this person, no one, and I mean no one, can tear that apart.  He or she, in essence has become the most important person in your life; Your confidant, your soul mate and your partner.

Simply put, when you get into an argument or a disagreement about something, don't go running to your friends about it.  Take a moment to cool down, run to the bathroom, beat the walls, wish him/her dead, but do not run and tell your "other friends."   You need to talk to the man or woman you love, they are your Best Friend.  If you cannot do this without telling other people the problems you have with your partner, then you don't belong with him or her, and quite frankly, were never their Best Friend to begin with. You shouldn't be.

Today around 2:00 in the afternoon, Ryan received some flowers in a basket, a cute monkey holding a candy bar, and a balloon that said, "I Love You." And on the card I wrote,
"It's not Valentine's Day, but I don't need a holiday to let you know how much I love you.  You're not only everything I dreamed you would be, you're the blessing God told me I would receive when I got older."
I meant every word I wrote, and to this day I love him more than I ever could.  Life would be incomplete without him.  Ryan is my Best Friend and he means more to me than you will ever know.
I have organized my blogs with 3 days worth of postings, so if you wish to continue reading the days before that, and so forth and so forth, you can click the "Older Posts" button /\ /\ /\ right /\ up there.
