“If you can’t love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?” - RuPaul - - - - - - - - - - - “if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal.” - John F. Kennedy - - - - - - - - - - - - “Imagine finding someone you love more than anything in the world, who you would risk your life for but couldn’t marry. And you couldn’t have that special day the way your friends do – you know, wear the ring on your finger and have it mean the same thing as everybody else. Just put yourself in that person’s shoes. It makes me feel sick to my stomach …. When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, ‘ALL LOVE is equal,’ a lot of people mocked me – they said, ‘What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!’ And I said, ‘Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. At one point I had to say, ‘Dude, everyone lay off.’ Can’t people have friendly debates about sensitive topics without it turning into unnecessary threats?” - Pop star Miley Cyrus on her marriage equality tattoo - - - - - - - - - - -

Total BS Breakup Lines

It don't matter if you're gay, straight, purple or blue - we've heard them all.  Break up lines that are total BS.  You know like, "I love you more like a friend" which translates to "You don't really turn me on".

Or how 'bout, "We're just at different points in our lives." which translates to "You're beneath me." LOL.

Check out this lovely chart that covers all those BS breakup lines you've heard many times before.  And if you haven't,  you're about to. LOL.

Quoted - Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher On Their Marriage

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.” – Demi Moore to the Associated Press

“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK” – Ashton Kutcher's response on Twitter

Must Watch: Table 7

Another amazing short film produced by another amazing director.  It is a really good film, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as the "Porcelain Unicorn" I posted last month.

As I refer to his website's biography page, Marko Slavnić, was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and came to the United States with his family in 1991 when he was just eight years old. He grew up in Austin, Texas, where he graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in RTF (radio, television and film).

After college, Marko began his professional career creating corporate and commercial videos for several national and international companies. However, with a passion and a talent for storytelling, he recently began pursuing more creative outlets of filmmaking.

The following short film, uploaded by Marko on YouTube describes it as "a couple having an intimate conversation in a restaurant, unaware that their every word is being closely monitored. However, not all is as it seems."  A poignant film I might add.

I have organized my blogs with 3 days worth of postings, so if you wish to continue reading the days before that, and so forth and so forth, you can click the "Older Posts" button /\ /\ /\ right /\ up there.

There are 3 other ways you can find interesting topics to read as well.
