Death To Pennies

They cost more to make than they're worth, they waste people's time, they don't work as money, and because of inflation they're less valuable every year, making all the other problems worse.

U.S. Military bases around the world have already abolished the penny by rounding to the nearest dollar.  So why keep them?

From the same guy, CGPGrey who brought you Coffee: The Greatest Addiction Ever and Daylight Saving Time Explained, comes this great, informative video on why pennies should be abolished.  Check it out, it's pretty damn cool, and I agree with him.

Very smart and convincing video. He should do one on gay marriage and the economical benefit to a state, or country, for letting a whole bunch of wealthy homosexuals, that love to party, spend every gay penny they have on everything from the wedding clothes to the alcohol to celebrate and by default, help boost the economy. If gay marriage was nationalized across this country we'd be out of this recession in weeks. After marriage you have either anniversaries, children or divorce. All money making devices that would continue to help grow the economy. Someone should really tell the President, after he's elected for his second term of course. Oh and we'd better start collecting those pretty pennies before someone wises up and stops making them.
