From Rainbow Boys to Rainbow Road

I found this book cover rather ironic.  I read the book when I was younger.  "Rainbow Boys" is about the struggles of three gay teens, a Jock, a nerd (goth) boy, and the good all-American boy next door.  It's actually a really good book.  The book was followed by "Rainbow High" and "Rainbow Road" respectfully.  I have all three books. :-).  The two subsequent books follow the same characters moving on from graduation to post-graduation.  

But onto why I found the cover to "Rainbow Boys" ironic...
The Jock standing behind the other two boys is Matt Bomer.  You know - the actor who recently came out of the closet.  You probably recognize him from the hit television series, "Chuck" or the upcoming movie, "Magic Mike".  

Who knew that Matt would be on the cover of a gay book while being out of the closet, before he was in the closet, before coming out of the closet. LOL.

TOO HILARIOUS! I thought I recognized him, but it just never clicked I guess. He's so hot. Can't wait to go see Magic Mike.

He is also the lead character in "White Collar" on USA since 2009. It is one of the best shows on tv.
