“If you can’t love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?” - RuPaul - - - - - - - - - - - “if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal.” - John F. Kennedy - - - - - - - - - - - - “Imagine finding someone you love more than anything in the world, who you would risk your life for but couldn’t marry. And you couldn’t have that special day the way your friends do – you know, wear the ring on your finger and have it mean the same thing as everybody else. Just put yourself in that person’s shoes. It makes me feel sick to my stomach …. When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, ‘ALL LOVE is equal,’ a lot of people mocked me – they said, ‘What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!’ And I said, ‘Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. At one point I had to say, ‘Dude, everyone lay off.’ Can’t people have friendly debates about sensitive topics without it turning into unnecessary threats?” - Pop star Miley Cyrus on her marriage equality tattoo - - - - - - - - - - -

Quoted - The Salvation Army on Homosexuality

“Sexual attraction to the same sex is a matter of profound complexity. Whatever the causes may be, attempts to deny its reality or to marginalize those of a same-sex orientation have not been helpful. The Salvation Army does not consider same-sex orientation blameworthy in itself. Homosexual conduct, like heterosexual conduct, requires individual responsibility and must be guided by the light of scriptural teaching. Scripture forbids sexual intimacy between members of the same sex. The Salvation Army believes, therefore, that Christians whose sexual orientation is primarily or exclusively same-sex are called upon to embrace celibacy as a way of life. There is no scriptural support for same-sex unions as equal to, or as an alternative to, heterosexual marriage. Likewise, there is no scriptural support for demeaning or mistreating anyone for reason of his or her sexual orientation. The Salvation Army opposes any such abuse.”

Sooooo......being gay is not necessarily bad, but just like straights you gays got some learn'n to do. God does not like boys on boys or girls on girls so all you hard homos gotta cut it out and never, ever have sex again. 'Cause God says so. He also says that only married people can have sex, so, since you gays can't have sex then what's the point of having a life long monogamous committed relationship between two of your kind anyway? 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, it makes no difference. God does not approve. He does approve, however, of overnight Vegas weddings between one man and one woman. It's still a wedding. We'll just look the other way, 24 hours from now, when it comes to that nasty little "D" word, 'k! Now even though God specifically says that gays are very....well....misguided; that they should have no rights because they choose this lifestyle and it's their own fault for bringing this all on themselves, we shouldn't judge them for it. In fact, we do not support the abuse or mistreatment of anyone, even the gays. We just donate your funds, now our funds, to people that do. Their legislation, their bully pulpit, their power, will carry on the work of God that we cannot. So next time so see Santa ringing his bell in front or your local department store while he stands next to that very big red bucket, please tip well. Those gay suicides just aren't working fast enough, and we really do have a quota to meet for next year.

To everyone else: Have a Happy Holiday and a very Merry Christmas.
