I'll never understand why people say that high school and/or college were the best years of their lives. Probably all the popular kids that ruled the school, but didn't know what to do after it was all over. Thankfully, it was opposite for me. Life was hell through most of those years, up until then end, and now life couldn't be better. I can't wait to bring my man to my 10 year reunion, not just to be out and proud like I could never have been back then, but also to show them all how much happier I am now because of him. I survived. I literally made it out alive and I'm so grateful that I did. I am living proof that it in fact, does get better.
