This week, New York City is defending itself against a lawsuit that claims its controversial "stop and frisk" policy is used to illegally detain and search people on the basis of race. And We Don't Imprison Fairly?
I found this interesting chart online in reference to people who have been imprisoned for drugs. I find it ironic that the issue of race and prison seem to come up, quite a bit, around election season. But are politicians reading the numbers correctly?
