“If you can’t love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?” - RuPaul - - - - - - - - - - - “if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal.” - John F. Kennedy - - - - - - - - - - - - “Imagine finding someone you love more than anything in the world, who you would risk your life for but couldn’t marry. And you couldn’t have that special day the way your friends do – you know, wear the ring on your finger and have it mean the same thing as everybody else. Just put yourself in that person’s shoes. It makes me feel sick to my stomach …. When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, ‘ALL LOVE is equal,’ a lot of people mocked me – they said, ‘What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!’ And I said, ‘Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. At one point I had to say, ‘Dude, everyone lay off.’ Can’t people have friendly debates about sensitive topics without it turning into unnecessary threats?” - Pop star Miley Cyrus on her marriage equality tattoo - - - - - - - - - - -

Movies To Watch: Monsters University

I thought this promo to Monsters University was darn adorable.  It plays out like a familiar university recruitment commercial, monsters included.

The latest movie is a sequel to the blockbuster hit, Monsters, Inc., out this summer.  I can't believe it's been 12 years since the first movie was released.

Monster's University - In theaters June 21, 2013.

2012 Underemployment Rates at the U.S. News Top 25 Law Schools

If you're planning to be a lawyer, you may want to look into doing something else.  I'm not trying to be a downer or anything, but things aren't looking too bright in the U.S. News Top 25 Law Schools.  Just sayn'.

Here are the percentage of graduates who are unemployed or in short-term, part-time, or non-professional jobs 9 months after graduation.

Could this just be a sign the U.S. News rankings are way off and don’t really reflect the job market? In part, yes. The magazine’s annual list does incorporate employment outcomes as part of its formula, and some law firms pay an absurd amount of attention to it. But after going back through the data and ranking the 25 schools with the lowest underemployment, I found that only 15 of them could be found in the U.S. News Top 25. The other 10 included schools like number #76 LSU and number #126 Campbell University.

I Now Know What The Harlem Shake Is

So apparently I'm not up to date with latest YouTube memes, and didn't know what a Harlem Shake was until someone pointed it out to me last night.

So I did a little research and this is what I found...
Exactly, the University of Nebraska's Gymnastics Team doing the "Harlem Shake".

Um, I'm not complaining, but why didn't I join Gymnastics when I was in high school or college? Lord have mercy.  Is it me or do none of these guys have an ounce of fat on them?

So if you're interested in watching the Nebraska Huskers beat the Oklahoma Sooners you still have time.  They have a meet this Sunday, March 3rd.

The Joys of Campus Life

I couldn't have titled it any better if I wanted to. Imagine walking around your college campus, looking up, and catching your roommate having fun with his girlfriend or the Dean's daughter.  Well... that's not how the story goes, but it's a story nonetheless.

This hunky University of Southern California fratboy no longer has a school to call home since the news broke on Wednesday.  And while story after story has been reported on how this kid broke the rules by having sex on a roof top,  everyone has failed to mention THE. GUY. HAS. A. ROCKING. HOT. BODY! What's wrong with all you people?

The Daily Mail has a really interesting article on the boy who has now gone into hiding.  But Fox news describes it best,
"Kappa Sigma suspended the man "for conduct unbecoming of a Kappa Sigma and a gentleman."
Oh c'mon, you know Bill O'Reilly and Glen Beck were not perfect gentlemen and they still aren't.  Wait.  Is aren't a word?

Keep in mind, these pictures are NSFW (not safe for work).
