What is a Leap Year?

I know that most of you have wondered why February sometimes has 28 days and sometimes it has 29.   In short, if we didn't add that extra day into our calendar every four years you'd literally be celebrating Christmas in July.  No, really - you would.

I always enjoy these informational videos, though this one was a little more complicated then most. Love the point about the benefit of future space exploration, hint, hint. Give generously. lol
