Dogs can understand about a two hundred word human vocabulary while a cat only comprehends about fifty words.

words," says the boy in the children's story of the same name. But can
he really? Dog owners love to gush about canine intelligence. So it
would come as no surprise to them that research supports their beliefs
that dogs have a profound mental capacity. But how much of our language

I'm not a cat person, but I got to give them credit where they deserve. They make look like they only understand about 50 words, but they know more. They just don't give a f&*k. Dogs care. Dogs love. Cats only care and love when it's convenient for them or whenever food is involved.
