The Beer Can Concealer!
LMAO, this is for all you sneaky little bastards! You know who you are; the ones who try to hide what they're drinking. Well, now you can buy you're very own beer can cover. Yup, cover it up with a Coca-Cola sleeve; though I wouldn't waste my money paying $7.90 for one, I would just "make my own" if I were you.

If Only You Could Share Your Coke
So what is Coca Cola famous for, aside from the bottle and the red and white colors? Sharing. Yep. You've seen the countless ads about "sharing a coke", but I promise you've never seen anything like this.
Much like "The Thinnest Vending Machine In The World" I introduced you to last month, you will think this video is cool. Check it out, because you may find yourself sharing a coke sooner than you think.

Do It Yourself Graduation Cap Flask
This is for all you college students of legal drinking age. Let me say that again. This is for all you college students of legal drinking age. Lol. Dominque Zamora over at Foodbeast created a DIY Graduation Cap Flask, and not because her job prospects after graduation look bleak, but because sitting through a lengthy 2-hour ceremony is not something she's looking forward to.
Her words after the jump...

The Evolution of Gmail
It's crazy how much time has passed since Gmail came into existence. In the short 9 years, it has gone from 1GB to 10 GB of storage, and so much more. Check out this pretty cool chart courtesy of Mashable.
I can't recall when I started using Gmail. But it was definitely after getting rid of my SBC, Comcast and AOL accounts. Wow, those were the days. LOL. Click on the pic or read more here.

The Breathometer - The World's First Smartphone Breathalyzer!
This is really cool, but how many of you would actually use it?
The Breathometer™ is "The World’s First Smartphone Breathalyzer!" It's small enough to fit in your pocket and on a keychain. If this would have been available when I was younger, it would have saved me several tickets. Then again, I was young.
All you do is exhale into the device after you're out with your friends, and it will give you the blood alcohol level on your phone. Hand the keys over to a designated drive or call a cab. Watch the video - it's great.
And for those who don't know what pledging is - you're supporting an entrepreneur trying to make it big with a product. Or you simply believe in their campaign and wish to contribute to them. Prices vary, and the more money they raise, the more they're able to produce and promote a particular product. This one starts with $20 and you'll have your product by the summer.

The Waterfall Swing
Now, why didn't we have one of these growing up? It's pretty darn cool.
Designed by dash7design, the waterfall works by water recirculating through 273 independently controlled solenoid valves at the top of the structure to create a wall of water. This water starts from a collection pool on the ground and is pumped up to a 4" distribution pipe that feeds the solenoids. Rotational encoders mounted on the swing axis gather information about the angle and speed of each swing. That information is sent to a computer that predicts the action of the rider. The computer then creates a hole in the wall of water, allowing the rider to swing through without getting wet.

MIT's Freaky Non-Stick Coating Keeps Ketchup & Mayonaise Flowing
So how many of you have pounded the hell out of a ketchup bottle trying to get the darn thing to pour out? Or found yourself at the end of a rope, trying to get the remaining remnants from a mayonaise bottle?
Well, thanks to some PhD students at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), an invention like no other has been created, or better yet, a non-toxic substance.
Meet LiquiGlide, a "super slippery" coating made up of nontoxic materials that can be applied to all sorts of food packaging--though ketchup and mayonnaise bottles might just be the substance’s first targets.
Here are the before and after videos...
Check out what happens when you pour ketchup out of a LiquiGlide-coated bottle:
For point of reference, here’s ketchup coming out of a regular bottle. Keep in mind, this is the exact same ketchup. It’s so time-consuming and wasteful.
Here’s mayo coming out of the coated bottle:
As opposed to this:
Keep in mind, these students worked in collaboration with the FDA to make sure they could use materials the FDA had previously approved. According to Dave Smith, one of the PhD candidates, "I can’t say what they are, but we’ve patented the hell out of it."
Can you smell instant millionaires?

Killer Whale Submarine
Imagine if an Orca (Killer Whale) was coming straight at you while you were jet skiing at your local lakeside resort. Not that you would run into an Orca in a lake, but if you had one of these coming at you - you would. LOL. Check out this pretty cool invention...
The folks over at Hammacher Schlemmer have designed a watercraft that travels underwater and over. It is designed after the famous Orcinus Orca. According to their website "it can hydroplane up to 50 mph over the water's surface and it can cruise up to 25 mph while submerged; its dorsal fin's integrated snorkel ensures air supply to the engine up to a depth of 5'."
You can watch the video below, it seems like a lot of fun. So for those who have plenty of money and you enjoy jet-skiing or boating, you will definitely love this $100,000 beauty.

Must Watch: A Day Made of Glass 2: Unpacked
I just finished watching this video and was so mesmerized by it I watched all 11 minutes of it. And to think we should have been buying Corning shares while everyone was making fun of their dishware.
My mother used to have their glass cookware, and while it wasn't as great as steel or aluminum, Corning changed our future in more ways than you could possibly ever know. I am truly envious of the future our children and grandchildren will have.

Watch and share "A Day Made of Glass 2: Unpacked," to see how Corning's highly engineered glass, with companion technologies, will help shape our world. Take a journey with our narrator for details on these technologies, answers to your questions, and to learn about what's possible -- and what's not -- in the near future.
You can watch A Day Made of Glass here.

The Pasta Fork
Now why didn't I think of this before? Lord knows every time I think of an invention or patenting something, someone else takes my idea. Case and point, I love sour pickles, but I also love the juice. So I came up with an idea to create "Pickle Sickles" by pouring juice into kool-aid type frozen containers (you know, like mom used to make when she would make us popsicles over the summer?). Then, whenever I'm in the mood for something sour, I pull out a Pickle Sickle and enjoy. But you will never guess... Ryan and I went to Wal-Mart while we were visiting my family in Corpus Christi over the summer and I about died when I came across a package of "Bob's Pickle Pops". Really?!?! Pickle Pops!!! They weren't even that great. I bought two bags, because I needed proof that someone stole my idea. I showed my friends and they all laughed, because I always ate my invention in front of them while we were watching our shows.
I currently have another invention in my head, but I'm not telling anyone until I'm done with it. Lord knows, this too will be popping up somewhere. But hey, until then buy a pasta fork. LOL.

2012 GM Advanced Tech Window
I'm starting to think there's really nothing one can't do.
General Motors has not implemented this innovative technology into their vehicles, but I'm sure you'll be seeing it in the near future. As you will see in the video below, GM challenged Bezalel Academy graduate students from Israel to conceptualize new experiences for rear seat passengers. And this when the Windows of Opportunity Project was born.
It's actually pretty darn cool. I wish this were around when I was a kid. It sure would have kept me occupied during the 9 hour trip to grandma's house. And it would've definitely kept me and my sister from fighting in the backseat so much, LOL.

A Machine That Destroys Everything!
Once you start watching this video, you won't stop until it ends - It's really interesting to watch. This amazing contraption can swallow up tennis balls, tennis shoes, blankets, tampons, and a small sofa. Watch as it turns them into pieces smaller than a dime.
