According to the Daily Beast,
"He can donate to any political candidates he wants. On a conference call with reporters, Gore said he considered such contributions to be part of his employees’ “freedom of speech,” and Olbermann said that “our obligation to the viewer is to disclose.”Olbermannn says his new show will be a far better program than the one he had at MSNBC, “an improved and we hope amplified and stronger version of the show I just did.”
After reading a few news sources, they all indicated that MSNBC and Olbermann had agreed to not disparge each other for a limited time. Olbermann says he will discuss the NBC debacle at a later date. And something else I didn't know... CURRENT TV reaches only 60 million people, but that's slightly more households than MSNBC held when Olbermann debuted his show in 2003. We can't forget that Olbermann turned MSNBC into what it is today. And I have no doubt he will do the same for CURRENT TV. Ryan and I will be sure to get on the bandwagon as soon as we possibly can. Hell, I introduced Ryan into politics and Keith Olbermann. Then when that woman, Rachel Madcow launched her own show (with Keith's help) he started watching her too.

Excellent. I look forward to Olbermann's return to news and commentary. Definitely a coup for Current TV. I didn't know Current TV existed. The invisible is now visible.
Great news Keith, congratulations. We are missing you and your perspective on the other side. Would love to hear your take on ethically challlenged Clarence Thomas and his now lobbiest wife and their activities with the TP. And lets not forget his overlooking disclosure of his wife's six figure income for several years and when brought to his attention, on a recent Saturday, was able to settle his arrears with the IRS, so when more heard about it by Monday, his office could say, all taken care of, now move along. And they call it the liberal press, that's a joke. So please hurry back, there's much work to be done.
Nothing better than an unleashed Keith!!!! Way to go!
I can't wait to see it with you my love. Looks exciting. Especially with no acts of censure-ship. And thank you for introducing me to Keith, Rachel and politics itself too. :)
