Christianity is about love.’ The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. Star Wars 3D Will Not Change Anything

I'm not sure what George Lucas is drinking? But he's obviously gone off the deep end much like Britney Spears and Anne Heche did 'back in the day.'  By now everyone has either heard or read about his grandiose idea of re-editing his films into 3D.  Fans are outraged, but personally, they are his movies and he can do with them as he pleases.  I think you should buy the movies as they are now, before they're gone forever. LOL.

The Force is gone with this one: Why 3D will do little to improve Star Wars
A long time ago, in this very galaxy, Star Wars was a great film. Sadly, after his glorious pinnacle of creativity, George Lucas started a downward slide and ended up hacking away at his own legacy.

Willow Pulls a Britney!

Why didn't nobody tell me Willow Smith went all Britney on herself?  She must have whipped her back and forth back so much she couldn't take it any longer.  Remember Britney back in the day?  Well, it seems Willow is only 11 and is already having issues... LOL.  This year is the Apocalypse!

Blade 7184's 2011 Top 20 +1

It literally took me all day to put this together. But I've listed the Top 20 songs of 2011 I felt were the most popular, most emotional, most danced to, most listened to, and overall, most loved.

The "Plus One" is due to the fact, that I had to single out the artist whom I felt brought the world to it's knees. The power in her voice not only made people cry, but it made them see things in their own relationships with God or their partners they never thought was possible.  Across the seas and across our land, she moved us in a way we could feel the hair on our arms rise as she bellowed each and every lyric.  Adele, you pwned this year's Top 20.  You are my blog's most distinguished Plus One!

20. Set Fire To The Rain by Adele
19. Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5 feat. Christina Aguilera

Back To The Future - Britney & Rihanna

Absolutely hilarious! I stole this from Facebook friend, Michael King, and had to treasure this moment forever! LMAO!

What a Hot Mess: Christina Aguilera Shocking Photos

When I saw these pics yesterday, I almost died. What a Hot Mess! What's happened to you my poor Christina?

Christina Aguilera performed at the The Millennium Stadium in Cardiff Wales last Saturday in an all-star musical tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.  All the buzz was on how Christina allowed herself to balloon to a plus size woman.  Nothing against plus-size women, because I love me some Adele any day, she's beautiful.  But Christina, the outfit?  Really?

It's okay girl, we've all been there, you'll be back!  Look at Britney Spears, Kirstie Alley, and countless others.

A Very Special Guest Indeed

One of the things that really perturbs me is the fact that there are those who have nothing better to say, but to degrade a talented artist.  So many times I hear about how Gaga was copying another artist, and frankly it has gotten downright ridiculous.  These type of people never change, they were instilled with hatred and being a bully all their lives - the very things Gaga is so against.

Without further adieu, here you have a princess being classy to a lady despite all the hateful comments and rumors about Britney Spears and Gaga hating each other.

During a recent concert in Atlantic City, Britney tells her fans, "I have a very special guest here tonight... Lady Gaga is here!"  She then blows a kiss in the direction where Lady Gaga was sitting.

According to The Sun, “They sat for around an hour gossiping and talking about collaborating together on a track. GaGa already has two songs in mind.

I hope you're looking forward to the VMAs, because the Lady will be on stage with Britney.  Woop, Woop!

So let me get this STRAIGHT...

Kelsey Grammar can end a 15-year marriage by phone,

Larry King is on divorce #9,

Britney Spears had a 55-hour marriage,

Jesse James & Tiger Woods, while married, were having sex with EVERYONE,

53% of Americans get divorced and 30-60% cheat on their spouses.

Yet, same-sex marriage is going to destroy the institution of marriage?
Really?

My friend, Jessie, posted this on her Facebook wall this morning, and I just had to share it with the rest of the world.
Thank you, Jessie - I love you always!

Avril Lavigne is More Popular Than Britney Spears - WHAT BLASPHEMY!!!

What!?!  You've got to be kidding me!  Avril is more popular than Britney?  Go Figure, this is all Britney Spears needs - the world knowing that more people like her worst enemy, Avril Lavigne on Facebook than her.

Avril recently trounced Britney on Facebook with over 20 million fans compared to her measly 11 million.  That's almost double the fans.  You'd think that after all the hoopla over Britney, she'd be more popular.

I mean if it makes her feel better, she can look at it this way... Eminem passes up Lady Gaga by a couple million fans.  Of course, if you combine all the social networking services, which includes Twitter, Gaga is queen supreme.  Here is the recent list from June 1, 2011.

Celebrities by Facebook Popularity.
  • 1. Eminem – 38,919,986
  • 2. Lady Gaga – 36,742,227
  • 3. Rihanna – 35,894,382
  • 4. Justin Bieber – 28,763,811
  • 5. Beyonce – 22,726,867
  • 6. Avril Lavigne 20,920,931
  • 7. Usher – 19,887,595
  • 8. Glee – 14,325,912
  • 9. Chris Brown – 11,812,256
  • 10. Britney Spears – 11,328,677
  • 11. Justin Timberlake – 10,308,115
  • 12. U2 – 9,080,575
  • 13. Madonna – 5,298,675

Gaga From Eternia! (Video Included)

If you watched the finale of American Idol Wednesday night, you may have caught a glimpse of Lady Gaga frolicking above the stage with hottie, Mark from SYTYCD, no complaints here - he's smokin' hot!!!!  And yes, Gaga was in an incredibly outrageous outfit atop Castle Grayskull! LOL.

For those interested in knowing... Mark Kanemura's post from May 12th is currently my most viewed post of all time with 2,700 page views, and it's only been 2 weeks since I've posted it.

While Gaga's monsters loved her performance last night, many thought it was a bit risque for American television audiences.  Thank God, this isn't Germany, otherwise we'd be watching men playing with each other on live TV.  The Mother Monster performed her "Edge of Glory" track, and it was utterly fabulous!  Better than the original recording in MHO (my humble opinion).

A few words from the hypocrites.
I think Lady Gaga is great! She's talented and fun. But AI is a show that is supposed to be a family show. How many viewers were little kids whose parents let them stay up to watch the AI finale? Gaga is just too sexual for little kids to be watching. Lauren and Scotty said that they have been watching AI for 10 years - that means that they were 6 and 7 years old when they started. How many 6, 7, 8 and 9 year olds were watching last night? Probably loads of them, and they were watching Lady Gaga in sexual positions with a man on top of her, under her, etc. Give it a break American Idol. Allow kids to grow up in their own time and keep the show family friendly.
I find it so hypocritical that it's okay for Britney Spears to kiss Madonna on live television with their tongues down each other's throats, and then Britney kissing Rihanna recently, but Gaga plays with a young man, nonetheless, and it's blasphemy.  People are fascinating. This whole thing has been going on since Elvis was shown on TV from the waist up. She's talented, but she's also smart enough to know what gets people talking. Here's a popular young singer making 'suggestive maneuvers,' Puritan prudes outraged by it. LOL, and it'll be going on 100 years from now, too.

Let's watch the performance, just for everyone's sake. ;-)

Who Can Do It Better Than Britney Spears?

When our Military can do a Britney Spears video better than Britney Spears can, you know our men and women in uniform are doing something right.

Seriously though, Kudos to those guys and gals in Afghanistan who are doing their best to stay focused and survive those dreadful summers and those bitter winters; And if by singing Britney's song, "Hold It Against Me" can help them stay focused - then more power to them!

There is no greater honor in proving your love for America than by serving in our military.  I honor those who have served, and continue to do so every day, do you?

WOAH OH OH OH, Hold It Against Me!

And this is how Britney should have done 'Hold It Against Me,' instead of the craziness that was her music video.  Not only, is Ryan James Yezak's video totally hot, it's totally cool.  Awesomeness at it's best.  Check it out and tell me what you think.

Till The World Ends

Yes, the song and video grew on me. WOAH OH OH OH OH OH WOAH OH OH OH...

I blogged about the release of this song back on March 4th, and my views remain the same.  While the song only has two verses, the catchy chorus gets us every time; And sometimes that's all one needs.

So Good Morning and let's get our Saturday started... Till the world ends...

HBO & True Blood Releases Another Damn Teaser!

I know it's only 2-1/2 months away, but that isn't fast enough.  And this Britney Spears Teaser-shit isn't helping things either!  HBO has released another short preview of True Blood's Season 4, and while it doesn't provide much action, it does give us an insight into what may be happening in the upcoming season.  It looks to me, like Bill and Eric are up against a greater force.

Earlier, we saw Eric Northman walking the forest with Amnesia, A very hot, Jason Stackhouse injured and tied to a bed, and now we get Bill Compton.

I don't know about you, but this Waiting Sucks!

Born This Way Parody by Key Of Awesome

Countless number of parodies are made everyday, from Britney Spears to Beyonce Knowles, from Christina Aguilera to Katy Perry, but nothing takes the cake like Key of Awesome's parody of Lady Gaga's, "Born This Way."

Don’t be a rainbow, be a flag. Don’t drink the tea, just lick the bag…

Don't get me wrong, I love Lady Gaga to death, but this is some funny shit. Ok so maybe Lady Gaga did use, TLC's "Waterfalls" and "Express Yourself"as inspriration, but who cares. Born this way is a very good song that has a very important message. This parody almost had nothing to do with the actual song.

WOAH OH OH OH OH OH WOAH OH OH OH...

Britney Spears' new song,"till the world ends" was released this morning and considering that the song was co-written by Ke$ha (a sorry excuse for a musician), I'd have to give her an 8 for effort and a 10 for making it a sure club-hit.  While the song does remind me a little of Ke$ha's style, it is by far a million times better than "Hold It Against Me."

Can I say that again?  It's a MILLION TIMES BETTER!

The new song only has two verses and the rest is chorus, chorus, chorus.

Okay, this is off subject but what I just wrote reminded me of a  part in the movie, "Trick" where Perry gives Gabriel advice on removing a verse from a song Gabriel had written...

Perry - Honey, get it out of there. Just go to the chorus. That's the fun part

Gabriel - But what about all the setup?

Perry - Gabriel!   Songwriters have been doing the verse-chorus thing forever.  It's tired.  Be                a maverick.  What's the function of a verse?  To kill time till we get to the chorus.                    During the verse, we wait. We are waiting for the chorus. Just give us what we want.            Chorus, chorus, chorus!

And it's true, Britney has given you what you've wanted.  The question is... can Britney bring on the style and energy this song delivers and make it into an amazing live performance and awesome music video?

Britney vs. Ke$ha

On the left hand side you have Britney, on the right you have Ke$ha and just like a James St. James novel, it's not quite as cut and dry as you might think. Yes Britney's Britney and we love her, and Ke$ha's Ke$sha and we loathe her, but "Hold It Against Me" is lyrically lazy and every time she says "HAY ZAI" instead of "hazy" I just want to drag her to a speech therapist (I GET IT, IT'S HER THING, BUT REALLY... HAY ZAI?). Sure, I like Britney battling herself and Jonas Akerlund is always interesting, but I'm still not sold.

Ke$ha's video, on the other hand, has unicorns sipping champagne and James Van Der Beek in full-on Rules of Attraction mode, which is QUITE DEVASTATING. And for once Ke$ha doesn't look like she spent the weekend in a Burning Man port-o-potty. She looks rather fashionable, in fact. I even approve of the freckles.

So what do you think? Is it: A) Britney rules 4EVER, B) Ke$ha wins by a hair, or C) Neither, I'm just waiting for Gaga's "Born This Way" video to blow both bitches out of the water.

Some Brothers Are Pissed

So the gloves have come off, and it's poor defenseless Britney holding herself against the big brother group of the late 70's, early 80's - The Bellamy Brothers.

Back in 1979, the duo released a self-titled track called, "If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body" with the lyrics “If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?”

What's so funny about this topic is I had mentioned it on Facebook when Britney released her song, "Hold It Against Me,"  and now it's coming back to haunt her.

As much as I loved the Bellamy Brothers way back when, I'm on Britney's side this time.  The lyrics don't exactly match theirs and it's been over 30 years c'mon.

David Bellamy states, “Howard and I have no personal beef with Britney. She’s a talented gal. But professionally we feel completely ripped off."  Really man? Really?

Listen to their song and tell me what you think.

Yes, I Hold It Against Her

Let's see...

Do I hold it against her?  YES!!!

I hold it against her for the simple fact that she wasn't able to impress me as much as I really wanted her to.

Can you say product placement much?

About 37 seconds into Britney's new video, we get a shot of her new perfume "Radiance."  She sprays it on herself and around 12 seconds later introduces us to "Make Up Forever," the makers of Aqua Cream Waterproof Cream Shadow.

Later, Britney uses the dating site "PlentyOfFish.com," and if that isn't enough, a hot guy appears on a "Sony" monitor.  It's nothing new really; she's used product placement before.  Most notably in the music video for her single "Circus."

The music video was "okay" but not what I was expecting after 13 days of teasers. If you want to see her it again, you can check it out down below, or check out this version I like a lot more.

Lady Gaga Claims 1000th No. 1

So while all you bitches were being rude and cruel to our Lady Gaga, she was on her way to making history by grabbing the 1000th leading song on the Billboard's Hot 100 Chart; Breaking several other records along the way.

"It is a tremendous honor," Gaga tells Billboard of the milestone. "To be the 1000th no. 1 on Billboard...I would be silly not to say this is the greatest honor of my career."

"I am so humbled and so honored and overwhelmed by the reception to 'Born This Way,' " Gaga adds. "[It] has been so life changing for me as an artist, and between Billboard and the international number ones and the radio numbers...I couldn't be more blessed to have the fans that I have."

Courtesy of Billboard.com are the other records she broke over the weekend:
On Radio Songs, the Hot 100's airplay component chart, "Born This Way" begins at No. 6 with a first-week audience of 78.5 million. That's the highest bow and largest opening airplay figure for a song since the tally began incorporating all radio formats in December 1998.

The arrival of "Born This Way" bests the previous debut record on Radio Songs, set when Janet Jackson's "All for You" soared in at No. 9 with 70 million in 2001.

With opening-week digital sales of 448,000, "Born This Way" likewise breaks barriers with the largest debut sum for a female artist. Britney Spears established the prior mark four weeks ago upon, the arrival of "Hold It Against Me" (411,000).

The opening of "Born" marks the third-largest debut among all digital tracks. Flo Rida's "Right Round" started with 636,000 in February 2009 and the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" with 465,000 two months later.
Notably, "Born This Way" rewrites airplay and digital history after just five days of availability at radio and three days at online retailers.

The song is also just the 19th title to debut at No. 1 in the Hot 100's history.
All I can say is... stop hating.

When I was growing up in the 80's, Michael Jackson, Madonna & Cyndi Lauper, were all despised and hated back then.  In the 90's people hated Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Britney Spears & Christina Aguilera.  Hell, even the King of Rock n' Roll was hated back in the 50's when the Billboard's Hot 100 was created.

They all broke records, they all defied odds and they all ignored the Press.  Gaga deserves her time, just like any other artist.
