This is for you LEGO fans or anyone fascinated by anything made with LEGO bricks. Alice Finch built this amazing, amazing replica of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry from the Harry Potter series. It is absolutely stunning, and the amount of time she spent creating this masterpiece is almost unheard of. She recently won the "People's Choice" and "Best in Show" award for this spectacular project.
Using 400,000 bricks, she created every nook and crevice you could think of. From the Great Hall to the Quidditch Courtyard, Hospital Wing, Clock Tower and The Bridge. I've included a few pics, but you can read more about Alice and her interview with The Brothers Brick here.

Movies in Rewind: Thor as the Huntsman, Thor as Thor
I don't know, Ryan and I went and saw Snow White and The Huntsman last weekend, and well... I couldn't get past the Bella and Thor characters that Chris Hemsworth and Kristen Stewart play. Unfortunately, they will have to face the backlash for playing those iconic roles for several years or for the rest of their lives.
The same went for actors in the past who have died, i.e. Christopher Reeve as Superman, or those who are still alive, Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman, and Emma Watson as Hermione Granger. The list goes on.
Regardless, the movie was entertaining. I will not spoil it for anyone. I just found these images online and had to say something about Thor and the Huntsman.

OMG Hilarious! - Harry Potter and The Sexy Hallows
If I could make my letters any bolder or any larger, this would be it. O.M.G!!! This was fucking hilarious!
The Key of Awesome is back with a vengeance, and this video absolutely cuts the cake! You may remember their hilarious take on Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." Well, this time they take on Hogwarts, and with the battle finally over, Harry Potter and the gang are making sweet love! I'm still ROFL!

Movies in Rewind: Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part 2
Ryan and I went to see Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 yesterday morning, because we didn't want to deal with the long lines, and annoying people who love to make noise during the movie. Besides, it was only $4 a ticket at 10:15 AM, compared to $8.50 for the evening show.
For 10 years we have watched Harry, Ron and Hermione grow, but better yet, we grew with all of them. It's no wonder why we were emotionally drained after watching this movie. Almost everyone I know was a child, teenager, or 20-year-old when they watched the first movie.
I moved to Houston in 2001, when the Sorcerer's Stone was released, and it was an extraordinary year for many reasons, not forgetting the 9/11 disasters that put our country in terrible distress. I will truly miss this amazing saga and it will cherished by millions for generations to come.
So first things first, if you don't want to be spoiled, then don't read this, but if you already read the books, or have already seen the movie, then this issue of "Movies in Rewind" will not bother you.
We already knew Harry was the "Chosen One" since the very first movie, but we didn't know about the Horcruxes, or that he had to destroy them in order to kill Voldermort. We learned about that in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.
Just FYI, Horcruxes "are vessels in which a sorcerer may preserve a portion of his soul indefinitely. Anchoring a part of the soul to the earth by placing it in a Horcrux prevents the sorcerer's soul from going onwards should the sorcerer's body die; the effective result is that, given appropriate spells, the sorcerer can be brought back to life. This is considered to be among the darkest of all magic." - Wikibooks
Well, there were 7 of them, and Harry had to destroy them all by the end of the movie. The first two had already been destroyed by Dumbledore and Harry, respectively.
It would take me weeks to write down everything I want to share about the movie. Unfortunately, I don't have that amount of time.
Overall, the movie was absolutely fantastic! It was full of action, adventure, intrigue and mystery. The fight scenes were awesome, the deaths of major characters emotionally heart-breaking, and sad. The death of Bellatrix Lestrange by Ron's mother Molly Weasley was exceptionally thrilling - the best part of the movie!
Well.... I honestly can't pinpoint the best part - I enjoyed it all!
This movie deserves a 10 out of 10 rating, or 5 out of 5 stars, take your pick. I would be surprised if it didn't get nominated for an Academy Award.

Entire Harry Potter Series in Under 7 Minutes
Ryan and I are currently watching all the Harry Potter movies before this weekend's release of The Deathly Hallows - Part 2. But if you don't have the time to watch all the movies, then by all means watch the following video.
It's not only informative, but quite entertaining. I loved it, and learned a few things I didn't know before. Oh, and it will make you laugh too!

Must Watch: Where Have The Years Gone?
Let's take a look back and reflect on the movie saga of the decade. It been 10 years since the first Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone, made it's way into our theaters, and into people's hearts. For those who have read the entire series of books, this was a long-time hoping. For those who never read the book, like myself, this was a long-time coming.
It's mind-baffling to me that 10 years ago today I hadn't even moved to Houston yet, 9/11 was still 3 months away, and the world was just coming to grips with the new millennium. Yet, people's minds were eager to watch a young wizard fight evil. I can only imagine what you were doing when the first movie was released.
Warner Brothers has released footage of the cast when they were children leading up to their final film, in a teaser that will take you back in time to when we were 10 years younger.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2," is the final adventure in the Harry Potter film series. The much-anticipated motion picture event is the second of two full-length parts.
In the epic finale, the battle between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into an all-out war. The stakes have never been higher and no one is safe. But it is Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord Voldemort. - Warner Brothers

Movies to Watch: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2
So how excited are you for the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows? I, for one, am very excited. I thought the first part was rather slow, but I understood what they were trying to accomplish. On the other hand, the second part is full of drama and excitement, it will surely take everyone for an emotional roller-coaster. My question is... what are all the "die-hard" Harry Potter fans going to do when the final moments of their saga comes to an end?
Below you'll find a trailer/featurette featuring the cast of Harry Potter and from the looks of it, this movie is going to be downright amazing. Ryan and I will definitely be watching this on 3D.
